IEM feeds information into the East Midlands Strategic Intelligence Partnership (EMSIP), which was established to support the strategic decision-making of the Employment, Skills and Productivity Partnership (esp), by providing a robust evidence base; partners jointly plan and fund research on employment and skills, and meet regularly to communicate their findings. 

EMSIP membership includes esp Partner Organisations, the Office for National Statistics (ONS), Intelligence East Midlands (IEM), and the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).  Research commissioned by partner organisations is published on the IEM website.  Click here for EMSIP's Terms of Reference.
